Service Policy

BDCatalysts uses industry proven lead follow-up strategies to connect with your leads in an efficient and effective manner.

We attempt to contact all of your Internet leads in under two minutes.

We treat your customers with the utmost courtesy and respect.

We do not attempt to sell the cars for you. We set your appointments and we leave the selling to you.

BDCatalysts Call Center Hours of Operation for dealerships in the Eastern, Central, and Mountain time zones are 8:30AM-8:00PM Monday thru Friday, 8:30AM-6:00PM Saturday. Hours of operation for dealerships in the Pacific time zone are 8:30AM7:00PM Monday thru Friday, 8:30AM-5:00PM Saturday. BDCatalysts is closed on Sunday.

BDCatalysts is closed on certain national holidays such as New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc. All leads coming in on Sundays or holidays will be worked by BDCatalysts the following business day. BDCatalysts is not responsible for dealership show rate, BDCatalysts will however, text and email a confirmation of each set appointment to each customer, but the dealership should also confirm all appointments, contact no-shows, and contact unsold traffic.

Conversion rates will vary by dealership and lead source. Conversion rates will also be affected by dealerships continuing to work their leads. BDCatalysts conversion rates are obviously higher when we are the sole BDC center working dealership leads. If dealerships compete with us for appointments, conversion rates will be lower. BDCatalysts membership is month to month. You may cancel at any time with a 30- day written notice. Meaning, official cancellation is 30-days after BDCatalysts receives written cancellation. Customers cancelling service with BDCatalysts – final charge for services will occur after written notice is received and before the official cancellation date, and will be for one full month of service. Services and charges are not prorated. Pricing is based on the number of leads your store receives each month, and is range based. Your initial charge is based on the number of leads per month you ‘expect’ your store to receive based on previous months averages. Following month two, your range and pricing can be adjusted higher or lower depending on changes in lead volume – an updated authorization form will be completed at this time. BDCatalysts works directly out of our own CRM systems to log notes and set appointments. We also “Kill The Clock” to help you meet manufacturing demand and earn that important co-op money.

We accept cash, checks, VENMO, CASH APP, AMERICAN EXPRESS, VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER. The BDCatalysts Business Office and Support Desk is open from 9:00AM-5:00PM E.S.T. Monday thru Friday and is closed on observed holidays. CUSTOMER SUPPORT 951-283-2232.

  • Excuses don’t close cars. They bury them.

“The lead was bad.”
“They’ll call me back.”
“They weren’t serious.”
Same lines, same results → nothing sold.

Here’s the truth:
❌ Bad leads aren’t the problem.
✅ Bad habits are.

Smart dealers replace excuses with accountability.
That’s why they win while others keep complaining.
  • You're not losing because of bad leads.
You're losing because your follow-up is soft.

📞 No speed.
📋 No system.
👻 No-shows everywhere.

Winning dealers don’t play like that.
They move fast, follow up smart, and lock buyers in.

If your team isn’t doing that?
You’re just playing to lose.

⚠️ DM “WIN” — We’ll show you how to run real plays that close.
  • 🚨 Survival mode isn’t optional anymore.

Your dealership is already paying for leads.
But without a BDC, those leads are slipping through the cracks—
and straight into your competitor’s sales board.

This isn’t about “nice to have.”
It’s about survival.
Because every missed follow-up is another unit stacked in your competitor’s column.

The question isn’t if you need a BDC.
It’s how much longer you can survive without one.
  • Follow-up isn’t rocket science.
It’s discipline.

✔ Call within 10 minutes.
❌ Don’t wait until tomorrow.

✔ Confirm twice.
❌ Don’t assume they’ll show.

✔ Reschedule no-shows.
❌ Don’t let them disappear.

✔ Leave notes that matter.
❌ Don’t trust your memory.

✔ Treat every lead like a buyer.
❌ Don’t pre-judge who’s “worth it.”

The difference between closers and complainers isn’t the leads.
It’s the habits.
  • Sales chaos isn’t just an internal issue—it’s a public one.
Every missed call, every delay, every lazy response…
That’s your reputation taking the hit.
  • Dealers love to shrug at no-shows like it’s just “part of the game.”
But every ghosted appointment is a paycheck waiting for your competitor.

The difference?
❌ Average dealers let no-shows walk.
✅ Smart dealers recover, reschedule, and close.

No-shows aren’t harmless.
Handled right, they’re second chances to prove you’re in control.
  • You’re not just managing people.
You’re managing perception.
Every time your team drops the ball,
your name takes the hit.

Leads can be replaced.
Reputation can’t.
Set the standard—or get dragged by it.
