Service Policy

BDCatalysts uses industry proven lead follow-up strategies to connect with your leads in an efficient and effective manner.

We attempt to contact all of your Internet leads in under two minutes.

We treat your customers with the utmost courtesy and respect.

We do not attempt to sell the cars for you. We set your appointments and we leave the selling to you.

BDCatalysts Call Center Hours of Operation for dealerships in the Eastern, Central, and Mountain time zones are 8:30AM-8:00PM Monday thru Friday, 8:30AM-6:00PM Saturday. Hours of operation for dealerships in the Pacific time zone are 8:30AM7:00PM Monday thru Friday, 8:30AM-5:00PM Saturday. BDCatalysts is closed on Sunday.

BDCatalysts is closed on certain national holidays such as New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc. All leads coming in on Sundays or holidays will be worked by BDCatalysts the following business day. BDCatalysts is not responsible for dealership show rate, BDCatalysts will however, text and email a confirmation of each set appointment to each customer, but the dealership should also confirm all appointments, contact no-shows, and contact unsold traffic.

Conversion rates will vary by dealership and lead source. Conversion rates will also be affected by dealerships continuing to work their leads. BDCatalysts conversion rates are obviously higher when we are the sole BDC center working dealership leads. If dealerships compete with us for appointments, conversion rates will be lower. BDCatalysts membership is month to month. You may cancel at any time with a 30- day written notice. Meaning, official cancellation is 30-days after BDCatalysts receives written cancellation. Customers cancelling service with BDCatalysts – final charge for services will occur after written notice is received and before the official cancellation date, and will be for one full month of service. Services and charges are not prorated. Pricing is based on the number of leads your store receives each month, and is range based. Your initial charge is based on the number of leads per month you ‘expect’ your store to receive based on previous months averages. Following month two, your range and pricing can be adjusted higher or lower depending on changes in lead volume – an updated authorization form will be completed at this time. BDCatalysts works directly out of our own CRM systems to log notes and set appointments. We also “Kill The Clock” to help you meet manufacturing demand and earn that important co-op money.

We accept cash, checks, VENMO, CASH APP, AMERICAN EXPRESS, VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER. The BDCatalysts Business Office and Support Desk is open from 9:00AM-5:00PM E.S.T. Monday thru Friday and is closed on observed holidays. CUSTOMER SUPPORT 951-283-2232.

  • Every dealer thinks they have a sales problem.
Most have a discipline problem.

Follow-up is the first impression.
Follow-through is the reputation.
Consistency is the brand.

If you wouldn’t buy from your own process…
why would anyone else?
  • Painful truth:
Most deals aren’t lost because the buyer wasn’t serious.
They’re lost because nobody followed up like they meant it.

If you want to protect your numbers,
you have to protect your pipeline.
  • The deal doesn’t die when the buyer says no.
It dies when your follow-up goes silent.

Silence kills momentum.
Silence kills trust.
Silence kills deals you should’ve closed.

Fix the silence, and you fix your sales.
  • Speed isn’t optional.
It’s dominance.
Every minute you wait, someone else is closing your buyer.

Leaders who win?
They build systems that move faster than excuses.
  • That’s the difference between winning seasons and losing months.

Champions don’t wait for opportunities —
they prepare, they study, they follow through.

If you want championship-level results, you need championship-level habits:
📈 Show up like Brady.
📞 Follow up like Brady.
🏆 Close like Brady.

Because in car sales, the best closer isn’t the loudest…
it’s the one who never drops the ball.
  • Tom Brady didn’t win because he “felt motivated.”
He won because he had a system.
Most dealerships don’t need a new sales team —
they need follow-up with the discipline of a champion. 🏆
If you want consistent wins, build a system that never drops the ball.
  • Momentum runs your dealership.
Lose it once and you chase it all month.
Lose it twice and your sales team feels it.
Lose it three times… and your competitors thank you.

Your biggest threat isn’t bad leads.
It’s stalled follow-up, cold pipelines, and silence that kills deals quietly.

Stay moving. Stay dangerous.
Stay in control.
